Working with provisions
Use the Provisions page to create or review a provision.
- Select Manage > Provisions page.

Click New to create a provision.
These provisions can be created:
- User Creation: Create a new user. See, Creating a User Creation provision.
- Access Management
- Assign roles to a user. See, Creating a Role Assignment Management provision.
- Revoke a user or revoke existing roles assigned to a user. See Creating a Revoke Access provision.
You can also create a provision from the What-Ifs Details page. See, Reviewing details of a What-If .
- Emergency access management: Assign roles for a specified time period. See, Creating an Emergency access management provision.
Alternately, you can also click the arrow option corresponding to an existing provision to review the provision.
Note: Administrators and Business Process Owners must consider the data security and the privacy compliance requirements when assigning permissions to roles for accessing sensitive data. Access provided without detailed review can be misused. Limited and fine-grained access must be provided to users on the need to know and need to use basis. Faulty implementation may lead to risk.
