Working with the Risk Assessment

  1. Select Monitor > Risk Assessment on the navigation bar. The Risk Assessments page is displayed.
  2. Click Launch corresponding to a risk assessment name on the Active tab. The details page displays the questions in the same sequence as included in the Questionnaire template.
  3. Review the questions and provide the appropriate response.
    Note: Additional information related to regulations are displayed on the right side of the page.
  4. Add comments to provide details for the response you provided.
  5. Upload files as supporting documents, if required. These file formats are supported:.
    • Word
    • PDF
    • csv
    • excel
    • Image
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Next for providing response to the remaining questions in the same category.

    The questions are displayed based on category. After you respond to all the questions in a category, a summary of the response is displayed. You can click the Edit option to modify or update the response before moving to the next category.

  8. Click Next Section to provide the response for the next category of questions.
    Note: You can click Previous or Next to move back and forth, if required.
  9. Click Save as Draft to save a draft version of the Risk Assessment or click Submit when you have responded to all the questions. The assessment moves to the History tab and is ready to be reviewed on the Assessment Response Management page by the IGRC Admin or users with the appropriate access.
