Provisions

Provisions are requests initiated by an authorized Infor GRC user. A provision can be requested to create a user in an application, modify the access rights provided to a user, modify the roles assigned to user, lock or unlock a user’s account, or assign roles to a user for a specified time period.

A provision is analyzed and processed by a defined workflow called the approval process. Approval process includes pre-defined approval stages that ensure that a provision is verified and approved by a defined set of authorized users before a change is implemented in the ERP application.
