- The name of the risk assessment.
- Insight
- The Insight for which the risk assessment is created.
- Number of questions assigned
- The number of questions included in the risk assessment.
- Acted Upon
- The number of question on which action has been taken.
- Pending
- The number of questions for which action is yet to taken.
- Status
- The current status of the risk assessment. Possible values:
- Submitted
- Completed
- Force Closed
- Completed On
- The date and time at which the risk assessment has been completed.
