Creating a User Creation What-if

A User Creation What-if determines the impact of creating a new user and assigning roles to the user, in the ERP application.

To create a User Creation What-if:

  1. Select Manage > What-ifs on the navigation bar and click New to select User Creation. The New User Creation page is displayed.
    Note: Alternately, you can also click the arrow option to review the violations generated by a What-if and perform an action, if required. See, Reviewing details of a What-if.
  2. Specify the information in User Details tab. See, User Details.
  3. Click Next. Specify the information in the Role Assignments tab. See, Role Assignments.
  4. Click Next. Specify the information in the Rule Book Scope tab. See, Rule Book Scope.
  5. Click Next. The Summary tab displays a summary of the What-if.
  6. Click Finish to display this What-If on the What-ifs page.
    Note:  You can simultaneously create five User Creation What-ifs.
