Raising a risk for an incident

Use this functionality to raise a risk for an incident.

  1. Select Monitor > Incidents on the navigation bar.
  2. Select the check box corresponding to an incident for which you want to raise a risk. The Raise Risk screen is displayed.
  3. Specify the financial, operational, and reputational impact of risk on the organization based on the incident.
  4. Specify the probability of risk based on the incident.

    The risk score is displayed by default.

  5. Click Raise Risk. The status of the incident is updated to Closed on the Incidents page and the incident is raised as a risk on the Risks page.
