Violating Objects
Use this section to review the list of objects that have generated violations for the provision.
This section displays details of violations in these tabs:
- Violation count by Roles
This tab displays the number of violations by roles. This tab also displays the details of violations in these tabs:
- Roles from the Selected Application Instance
- The violations generated by the roles from the selected application instance.
Review this information:
- The role description.
- The selected application instance name.
- The status of the violation.
- The list of objects that have
generated violations. To review the details:
- Click the object to review the rule.
- Click the rule to review the condition that has violated.
- The number of violations generated for each violating object.
- The mitigation status of the violations.
Click the Mitigate all Violations with same Compensating Control check box to mitigate all violations in bulk. Click option to use an existing compensating control or click to create a new compensating control. You can also assign an expiry date to the defined exclusions.
- Roles from the other Application Instance
- The violations generated by the roles from the other application instance.
Review this information:
- The role description.
- The selected application instance name.
- The status of the violation.
- The list of objects that have
generated violations. To review the details:
- Click the object to review the rule.
- Click the rule to review the condition that has violated.
- The number of violations generated for each violating object.
- Existing Violations
- The existing violations in the selected application instance. Existing violations cannot be mitigated or removed.
- Violation count by Rules
This tab displays the number of violations by rules. Review this information:
- Violated Rule
- The name of the rule that is violated.
- Rule Book
- The name of the rule book to which the violated rule belongs.
- Violation Count
- The number of violations generated.
- Application Instance
- The application instance associated to the rule.
