Object Attributes

Use this tab to specify attributes for the defined objects.

You must click New to specify this information.

Field Name
The name of the attribute.
Friendly Name
The other name of the attribute.
JSON Path
The traverse path for the attribute.
JSON Parent Path
The traverse path of the parent object to which the specified attribute is mapped.
Mapped Object
The object to which the specified attribute is mapped.
General Data Type
The format in which data for the specified attribute must be collected. Possible values:
  • String
  • Integer
  • Date
  • Boolean
  • Decimal
Data Type
The type of data that must be stored. The value selected in this field must be based on the value selected in the General Data Type field. Possible values:
  • varchar
  • int
  • double
  • datetime
  • bool
Data Length
The length of the data that must be stored.
Field Order
The sequence in which the specified attribute must be stored.
Target Store
The folder in which data for the specified attribute must be stored. The value in this field is defaulted.
GRC Profile Mapping
The name of the profile in the GRC application to which the specified attribute must be mapped. This field is enabled only if the object is set to User.
PII Group
The Personal Identifiable Information (PII) group identification identification number.
Note: This field is enabled only when the Personal Data and the PII Group? check boxes are selected.

You must enable these options( if required):

  • Additional Attribute: Additional attributes are required for the specified object. If this option is selected, additional attributes are displayed when reviewing data on the Data page.
  • Mapping: The specified attribute must be mapped to the object specified in the Mapped object field.
  • Personal Data: Personal data must be considered for the specified attribute.
  • PII Group: Personalized data must be grouped based on the value specified in the PII Group field.
  • Primary Key: The specified attribute must be used as a primary keyword.
  • Display Key: The specified attribute must be displayed as a primary keyword.
  • Display Field: The specified attribute must be displayed on the Data page.
  • Parent Field: The specified attribute must be considered as parent object field.
  • Map Display Field: The specified attribute must be considered as a map object display field.
  • Violation Reporting Field: The specified attribute must be considered as a violation reporting display field.
  • Advanced Filter Field: The specified attribute must participate in the advanced filter option.

Click Add to add the attributes or Add and Close to add the attributes and close the window.
