Incidents list

Use the Incident page to review the list of incidents created.

To access this page, select Monitor > Incidents on the navigation bar.

You can review this information. You can also use the Filters section to review the specific incidents. For details, see Setting Filters.

Incident ID
The identification number of the incident.
Incident
The name of the incident.
Insight
The Insight for which the incident is created.
Assessment Name
The name of the assessment that includes the incident.
Creation Date
The date on which the incident has been created.
Submitted By
The name of the user who submitted the incident.
Reviewer
The name of the user who reviewed the question.
Severity
The severity of the incident.
Status
The current status of the incident.

You can also use this page to:

  • Review the responses on the submitted questions.
  • Close the incident by using the Accept and Close option. See, Accepting an incident
    Note: Incidents can also be closed when reviewing the responses on a question.
  • Discuss the question, for additional information, using the Discuss option. See, Discussing an incident.
    Note: Questions can also be discussed when reviewing the responses on a question.
  • Raise a risk using the Raise Risk option. See, Raising a risk for an incident
    Note: Risks can also be raised when reviewing the responses on a question.
