Reviewing incidents

Use the Incidents page to review the incidents and take appropriate action.

  1. Select Monitor > Incidents on the navigation bar.
  2. Click the arrow option corresponding to an incident ID. The details page is displayed.
  3. Review this information:
    Incident ID
    The identification number of the incident.
    Incident
    The name of the incident.
    Category
    The category for which the incident is created.
    Severity
    The severity of the incident.
    Response
    The assignee’s response for the question.
    Insight
    The Insight for which the incident is created.
    Assessment Name
    The name of the assessment that includes the incident.
    Assessment Creation Date
    The date on which the assessment has been created.
    Assessee Name
    The name of the user to whom the assessment has been assigned.
    Assessment Submitted On
    The day and date when the assessment has been submitted.
    Comments
    Comments added to the incident, if any.

    You can use this page to:

    • Close the incident by using the Accept and Close option. See, Accepting an incident.
      Note: Incidents can also be closed from the Incidents page.
    • Discuss the question, for any additional information, using the Discuss option. See, Discussing an incident.
      Note: Incidents can also be discussed from the Incidents page.
    • Raise a risk using the Raise Risk option. See, Raising a risk for an incident
      Note: Risks can also be raised from the Incidents page.
    • Add additional information on the question being reviewed, using the Comment option.
