Application Instances list

Use the Application instances page to review the list of the existing application instances.

To access this page, select Manage > Monitored applications > Application instances on the navigation bar.

You can review this information:

Application Instance Name
The name of the application instance.
Application
The type of application for which the application instance is created.
Application Logical ID
The logical ID of the application instance.
Tenant ID
The ID of the tenant using the application.
ERP
The ERP application for which the application instance is created.
Created By
The user who created the application instance.
Creation Date
The date on which the application instance is created.

You can also use this page to:

  • Add an application instance.
  • Delete an application instance.
    Note:  When you delete an application instance, all the analyses performed on the Application Instance are deleted.
  • Sync roles with IFS, using the Fetch Roles From IFS option. When you click this option, a Data Synchronization task is created and roles associated with the selected Application Instance(s) are synchronized with IFS. The synchronized roles are displayed on the Data page.
    Note: This option is supported only by the Application Instances for Infor and for these logical IDs:

  • Modify an application instance, using the arrow option corresponding to the Application Instance Name columns.
  • Export the displayed data to Excel, using the Download Grid option.
