Authorizations Insight

The GRC application is enhanced to include the Download All Records option for Authorizations Insight on the Data page. You can use this option to download all the details related to a specific object.

Watchlist Insight

The Infor GRC application now provides an option to upload a .zip file as a source data when creating an Application Instance for the OFAC category of the Watchlist Insight.

Provisions

This section describes the enhancements related to Provisions:

• The Federated ID and the IFS ION Person ID fields are added to the New User Creation page when creating a User Provision. The data specified in these fields are now updated in the Infor Federation Services (IFS) when the provision is configured to be automatically completed.
• The data specified in the Manager field when creating a User Provision is now updated in the IFS when the provision is configured to be automatically completed.

Reports

This section describes the enhancements related to Reports:

• The Users with Selected Roles and the Users with Selected Permission reports are enhanced. You can now review the roles and permissions based on the status of a specific user.
• The output (CSV and the PDF) format of the Roles with Selected Permissions report is modified to include data related to Permission ID.
• You can now review the Provision and What-if reports only if you are assigned to the required roles for reviewing Provisions and What-Ifs in the application.

Certification Manager

A new ‘Process Execution Scope Definition’ report is added to the GRC application. The report includes the details of a specific Process Execution in a certification process.
