Stage Library list
Use the Stage Library page to review the list of the existing predefined approval stages.
To access this page, select on the navigation bar.
You can review this information:
- Stage Name
- The name of the approval stage.
- Type
- The functionality for which the approval stage is created. Possible
values:
- Provision
- Certification
- Description
- The description of the approval stage.
- Default Approver
- The name of the user assigned the role of the Default Approver for the approval stage.
You can also use this page to:
- Create new stages.
- Delete the existing stages. Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one stage to delete.
- Modify existing stages, using the arrow option corresponding to the Stage Name column.
