Completed Process Summary

The Completed Process Summary report displays the summary of the completed processes in the Infor GRC application.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New.
  2. Click Lookup option to select Completed Process Summary in the Reports field.
  3. Click the Report Filters section.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight
    The name of the Insight for which information is displayed in the report.
    Processes
    The processes for which information is displayed in the report.
    Data Source
    The data sources linked to the selected Insight. Information of all the processes associated with the selected data source is displayed in the report.
    Final State
    The final status of the selected processes. Possible values:
    • Approved
    • Rejected
    • All
    Primary Review Object
    The primary review objects of the processes. The final status of the selected objects are displayed in the report.
    Secondary Review Object
    The secondary review objects of the processes. The final status of the selected objects are displayed in the report.
    From Date
    The date from which the selected processes is created in the application.
    To Date
    The date on to which the selected process is completed.
