Approval and Review process templates list

Use the Approval and Review process templates page to review the list of the existing templates.

To access this page, select Design > Approval Process > Approval and Review process templates on the navigation bar.

You can review this information:

Template Name

The name of the template.

Type

The functionality for which the APT is created.

Provision/Certification Type

The type of provision or certification for which the APT is created.

Possible values:

• Provision
  • User Creation Provision
  • Role Assignment Provision
  • User De-provisioning
• Certification
  • User/Role review
  • Role/User review

Status

The status of the template. Possible values:

• Enabled
• Disabled

Insight

The name of the Insight for which the provision or certification is created.

Data Source

The data source used for the process.

Creation Date

The date on which the template was created.

Default

The default status of the template. Possible values:

• Yes: The status of the template is set to default. This APT applies to all the provisions and certifications created in the Infor GRC application template.
• No: The template status is not set to default.

You can also use this page to:

• Create a new approval process template.
• Delete customized approval process templates.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one approval process template to delete.
• Modify an approval process template, using the arrow option corresponding to the Template Name column.
• Enable customized approval process templates.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one approval process template to enable.
• Disable customized approval process templates.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one approval process template to disable.
