Rule Details

The Rule Details report displays the details of the rules available in the Infor GRC application.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New.
  2. Click Lookup to select Rule Details in the Reports field.
  3. Click the Report Filters section.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight
    The name of the Insight for which information is displayed in the report.
    Applications
    The applications linked to the selected Insight.
    Rule Books
    The rule books for the selected Insight.
    Rules
    The rules in the selected rule books.
    Rule Priority
    The priority assigned to the rules. Possible values:
    • Low
    • Medium
    • High
    • Informational
    Rule Format
    The format of the rules. Possible values:
    • Infor Sensitive Role
    • Infor Role Conflicts
    • Infor Sensitive Permission
    • Infor Permission Conflicts
    • Infor Assignment Limits
    Created By
    The name of the user who creates the rule.
    Rule Status
    The status of the rule. Possible values:
    • Draft
    • In Review
    • Final
    Rule Owners
    The users assigned the role of an Owner for the rule.
    Rule Users
    The users assigned the role of a User for the rule.
    Permissions
    The permissions assigned to the roles in the selected rule conditions.
    Permission Values
    The values assigned to the selected permissions.
    Roles
    The roles that are included in the conditions of the selected rule.
