What-if Details

The What-if Details report displays the information related to the what-ifs available in the Infor GRC application.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click New.
  2. Click Lookup to select the What-if Details in the Reports field.
  3. Click the Report Filters section.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight
    The name of the Insight for which information is displayed in the report.
    Data Source
    The data sources linked to the selected Insight. Information of all the What-ifs associated with the selected data source is displayed in the report.
    Application Instance
    The application instance linked to the Data Source. Multiple application instances can be selected.
    Status
    The status of the What-if analysis. Possible values:
    • Pending for analysis.
    • What-if completed with violations.
    • What-if partially completed.
    • Reviewed.
    • Failed.
    • What-if completed without violations.
    • Cancelled for Data Protection.
    Type
    The type of the What-if analysis. Possible values:
    • Role Assignment What-if analysis
    • User Creation What-if analysis
    Violation Category
    The category of the violation generated.
    Submitted By
    The user who submits the What-if.
    Start Date
    The date on which the What-if is created. The information of all the What-ifs created from this date, is displayed in the report.
    End Date
    The date up to which the What-if is created. The information of all the What-ifs created up to this date, is displayed in the report.
    What-if Object
    The objects analyzed in the what-if.
