Users list

Use this page to review the list of the ERP application users and the Infor GRC users.

To access this page, select Monitor > Data on the navigation bar.

Use the Filters section to review the Users for the Authorizations Insight for Infor. For details, see Filters.

You can review this information. The user count is displayed on top of the page.

User Name
The name of the user.
First Name
The first name of the user.
Last Name
The last name of the user.
Email ID
The email id of the user.
Data Sources
The Data sources to which the user belongs.
Status
The status of the user.

Possible values:

  • Enabled
  • Disabled
  • Removed

You can also use this page to:

  • Map users with the Approval Managers, using the User Approval Manager Mapping option.
  • View user details, using the arrow option corresponding to the User Name column.
  • Export the displayed data to Excel, using the Download Grid option.
  • Download details related to users, using the Download All Records option.
