Reviewing Self-Service Provision details

Use the Self-Service Provision details page to review the information related to a self-service provision.

  1. Select Manage > Provisions on the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Self-Service tab.
  3. Click the arrow option corresponding to a Self-Service Provision for reviewing the details.
    You can review this information:
    Provision for User
    The logged on user name.
    Data Source Name
    The Data Source name specified on the Configurations page.
    Application Instance
    The Application Instance linked to the selected Data Source.
    Assign New Roles
    The new roles assigned to the logged on user.
    Approval Stages
    The approval process template assigned to the provision and the status of the approval that are reviewed.
