Reopen the reason

Reopen a reason to reset the status of any reason marked as Fixed or Ignored.
  1. Select Monitor > Violations on the navigation bar. The Violations page is displayed.
  2. Select the check box corresponding to a reason and click Reopen. The Reopen screen is displayed.
  3. Specify additional information for reopening the reason for the violation, in the Comments section.
    Note: All the information related to this functionality is displayed in the History section.
  4. Click Reopen.
