Provision Completion Configurations

Use this section to configure the completion process of the provision.

Specify these details:

Completion of Provision

The completion mode of the provision.

Possible options:

• Automatic: The ERP application is updated automatically after all the stages are approved.
• Manual: The owner of the provision must implement the changes in the ERP application manually.

Completion Action Owner

The user who is authorized to sign off on the provision. This field is enabled only if you have selected the Manual option for the completion of the provision.

Select the Make Provisioner Comments Mandatory check box to mandate the comments of the owner who signs off the provision.
