Provisions

You can review this information on the Provisions tab:

Provision ID
The identification number of the provision.
Provision Name
The name of the provision.
Status
The status of the provision.

Possible values:

  • Pending Approval: The provision is to be approved.
  • Pending for Analysis: Analysis for the provision is in progress.
  • Pending Approver Resolution: The Provision is pending for the Approver resolution.
  • Pending Manual Execution: All stages in the provision are approved. Manual application update is pending.
  • Pending Check-out: Check out for manual application update is pending.
  • Pending Application Update: Provision is checked out for the manual application update. Manual application update is in progress.
  • Pending Application Update-Automatic: Automation ERP application update is in progress.
  • Initializing workflow: Provision is submitted and the workflow for the provision is getting initialized.
  • Partially Analyzed: Analysis is done for the provision and the violations have reached the exceeded limit. Further analysis is stopped.
  • Provisioner Mitigation Pending: Analysis for the provision is completed and violations are generated. Mitigating the violations are pending by the provisioner.
  • Approver Mitigation Pending: Analysis for the provision generated the violations and as per stage configuration stage approver is allowed to mitigated the violation. Violation mitigation is pending by the approver.
  • Completion Stage: The completion stage for the provision. Can be manual completion or automatic completion.
  • Post Approval Analysis Pending: Pending for post approval analysis.
  • Post Approval Analysis Partially Analyzed: Post approval analysis completed but violations have exceeded the limit.
  • Preparing Manual Completion: Approval process completed and provision is waiting for the manual execution step.
  • Exclusion Pending: Provision completed and the participating objects are marked as excluded.
  • Pending Assignment: This is applicable only for Emergency Access type provision. Role assignment is in progress.
  • Pending Revocation: This is applicable only for Emergency Access type provision. Role revocation is in progress.
  • Completed: Provision is completed.
  • Discarded: The provision is cancelled when the Approval Process template does not allow self-approval, cancelled by one of the stage approvers, or some changes are detected in the application.
  • Rejected: The provision is rejected and displayed on the Provision History page.
  • Analysis Failed: The provision failed during the analysis.
  • Post Approval Analysis Failed: The post approval analysis failed. Provisions are re-analyzed to verify violations, after the approval process is completed, and before updating the ERP application.
  • Cancelled: The provision is cancelled during the approval process.
  • Failed: One of the processes in the provision has failed.
  • Discarded: The provision is cancelled when the Approval Process template does not allow self-approval, cancelled by one of the stage approvers, or some changes are detected in the application.
Application Instances
The application instance for which the provision is created.
Data Source
The Data source to which the selected application instance is associated.
Violation Status
The status of the violations generated by the provision. Possible values:
  • What-if completed without violations
  • What-if completed with violations
Creation Date
The date on which the provision is created.
Submitted By
The name of the user who submitted the provision.
Update Date
The date on which the provision is submitted.
Last Updated By
The user name who updated the provision for the last time.
Stage
The current stage of the provision in the workflow.
Actions
The actions that can be performed on this page. Possible values:
  • Approve a provision, using the approva option.
  • Deny a provision, using the deny option.
  • Review the task details, using the review_task_details option.
  • Retry Writeback, using the option. Use this option to retry the Writeback manually.
    Note: The application automatically retries the Writeback for a pre-configured number of attempts. The automatic writeback process occurs after a specified time interval from the failed attempt. Writeback can be triggered manually when the number of pre-configured attempts exhaust.
