Working with Reports

Use the Reports page to create a schedule for the subscription of a report.

Note: To subscribe reports, you must have the appropriate rights on IDM. You must at least be assigned the IDM-User role.

To create a schedule:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click . The New Report Subscription page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Report
    The name of the report.
    Report Subscription
    The name of the subscription. The date and time of the subscription is also displayed.
    Note: The subscription name is populated when you select an existing report. However, you can modify the name.
    Description
    The description of the report.
    Copy Subscription Details as
    The details of an existing report subscription that must be copied to this report subscription.
    Note: All the parameters related to an existing subscription are copied to the new report subscription, except the schedule to generate the report.
    Report Format
    The format in which the subscribed report is generated. Possible values:
    • CSV
      Note: You can modify the regional separator setting when generating the reports in German and Dutch language.
    • PDF
  3. Select the Add Report filters to output check box to include the names of the parameters selected for generating the reports. This option is available only if you generate the report in a CSV format.
  4. Set the filters in the Report Filters section, to determine the data that must be included in the report. See Setting report filters.
  5. Specify a schedule for the generation of the report, in the Schedule section. See Scheduling a report.
  6. Click Save.
    Note: The generated reports can be reviewed from the Subscribed Reports tab on the Reports page. These reports can be downloaded from the Infor Document Management (IDM) application.
