Functional Areas
The Functional Areas report displays the hierarchical conditions of the Functional Areas configured in theInfor GRC application.
To set the filters:
- 
            Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click 
.
          - 
            Click 
 to select Functional Areas in the
               Reports field.
          - Click the Report Filters section.
 - 
            Specify the information that must be included in the report:
            
- Functional Area Name
 - The name(s) of the Functional Area.
 
- Functional Area Variable
 - The variables linked to the selected Functional Area(s).
 
- Functional Area Type
 - The type of Functional Area. Possible values: 
- Emergency Access
 - Non Emergency Access
 
 
- Approvers
 - The approvers assigned to the selected Functional Areas.
                           Note: Approvers are not required for the Emergency Access Functional Area type.
