Provision Details

The Provision details report displays information related to the provisions created in the Infor GRC application.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click .
  2. Click to select Provision Details in the Reports field.
  3. Click the Report Filters section.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight

    The name of the Insight for which information is displayed in the report.

    Data Source
    The data sources linked to the selected Insight. Information of all the provisions associated with the selected data source is displayed in the report.
    Application Instance
    The application instances linked to the Data Source.
    Status
    The status of the provision(s).
    Type
    The type of the provision. Possible values:
    • Role Assignment Provision
    • User Creation Provision
    • User De-Provisioning
    • Emergency Access Provision
    Violation Status
    The status of the violations generated by the provisions.
    Note: This field is disabled when you select the User De-Provisioning type.
    Violation Category
    The category of the violations generated by the provisions.
    Note: This field is disabled when you select the User De-Provisioning type.
    Submitted By
    The name of the users who submits the provisions.
    Start Date
    The date from which the provisions created in the application, are displayed in the report.
    End Date
    The date up to which the provisions created in the application, are displayed in the report.
    Assignee
    The users assigned to the provision.
    Provision Object
    The object for which the provision is created.
