Active Process Details

The Active Process Details report displays the details of the active processes in the Infor GRC application.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click .
  2. Click to select Active Process Details in the Reports field.
  3. Click the Report Filters section.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight
    The name of the Insight for which information is displayed in the report.
    Process
    The process for which information is displayed in the report.
    Execution Date
    The date on which the selected process is executed.
    Data Source
    The data source linked to the selected Insight. Information of all the processes associated with the selected data source is displayed in the report.
    Review State
    Reviews for the selected processes. Possible values:
    • All
    • Approved and committed
    • Rejected and committed
    • Approved but not committed
    • Rejected but not committed
    • Pending
    • N/A (bypassed stage): Bypassed reviews.
    Primary Objects
    The primary review objects of the processes. Details of the action taken on the objects are displayed in the report.
    Secondary Objects
    The secondary review objects of the processes. Details of the action taken on the objects are displayed in the report.
    Additional Attributes
    Select the Additional Attributes check box to select additional attributes of the selected primary object. You can select a maximum of five attributes.
