Working with Controls Mapping
Use the Controls Mapping page to create a controls mapping.
- Select Design > Business Controls > Controls Mapping on the navigation bar and clickto create a controls mapping. The New Controls Mapping page is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Task Name
- The name of the task.
- Insight
- The name of the Insight for which the controls mapping is created.
- Application
- The application for which the controls mapping is created.
- Control Object
- The object for which data must be filtered for analysis. For Infor applications you must select Permissions as the Control Object.
- Mapping Objects
- The objects to be mapped to the selected control object.
Select to add mapping objects. Specify this information:
- Rule Book
- The rule book to be considered for analysis.
- Rules
- The rules to be considered within the selected rule books.
- Permission
- The permissions to be considered. The permissions displayed are associated to the selected rules.
- Mapping Attribute
- The attribute associated to the selected permission. You must select Accounting Entity.
- Mapping Attribute Value
- The value associated to the selected mapping attribute.
- Mapping Attribute Operator
- The operator for the selected attribute.
- Click Add to add the mapping objects.
- Click Save to save the controls mapping.
