Violation status

The status of the violations in the Infor GRC applications.

The possible values:

• Authorizations Insight for Infor
  • Open: Violations are not assigned.
  • Under Review: Violations are assigned and are being reviewed.
  • In Approval Process: Violations are being approved.
    Note: This status is specific to the violations generated for Authorizations Insight for Infor.
  • Pending Close: Violations are yet to be closed.
    Note: This status is specific to the violations generated for Authorizations Insight for Infor.
  • Closed Violations: Violations are closed as the violations are mitigated or the rules considered for the analysis, are deleted.
  • Awaiting Response: Violations are assigned for discussion and the response is yet to be received.
• Process Insight for Infor and Watchlist Insight
  • Open: Violations are not assigned
  • Under Review: Violations are assigned and are being reviewed
  • Closed Violations: Violations are closed as the violations are mitigated or the rules considered for the analysis, are deleted
  • Awaiting Response: Violations are assigned for discussion and the response is yet to be received
• User Activity Insight for Infor
  • Open: Violations are not assigned
  • Under Review: Violations are assigned and are being reviewed
  • Pending Close: Violations are yet to be closed.
