Provision options
Use the Provision options section to configure the settings related to the provisions.
- Select Settings > Configurations on the navigation bar.

Click the Provision options section on the Access Management
Insights tab.
Configure these settings:
- Provision Settings
- Allow User Creation through Provision
- Select the check box to allow a new user creation using a
provision. You can perform these actions:
- Generate a user creation provision from an existing user creation What-if.
- Create a new user creation Provision
- Provisioner Comments
- Select the Make provisioner Comments Mandatory check box for
a user to provide comments, when creating a provision. Note: If the Override this Option check box is selected, you can override this option when creating an APT.
- Escalation Configuration
- The configuration setting for escalating a provision.
Configure these settings:
- Escalation Approver
- The approver to whom a provision is sent if the status of the provision continues to remain the same for a specific number of days. The escalated approver is notified using an email when a provision is escalated. The escalated approver can perform an appropriate action on the provision or assign the provision to another approver.
- Escalate Provision after the specified number of days
- The number of days after which provision is escalated to the escalation approver.
- Stale Provision Reminder
- Configure the reminder settings for the pending provisions.
Select the Do not notify option for not sending reminders.
Alternately, specify the number of days after which the user must be reminded of the pending provisions.
Note: If the Override this Option check box is selected, you can override this option when creating a Stage.
- Stale Provision Cancellation
- Configure the cancellation settings for the pending
provisions.
Select the Do not cancel Provision to retain the pending provisions.
Alternately, specify the number of days after which the pending provisions must be cancelled.
Note: If the Override this Option check box is selected, you can override this option when creating an APT.
- Completion of Provision

Configure this settings to determine whether the ERP system must be manually or automatically updated after a provision is approved.
- Automatically Complete
Provision
For updating the ERP application automatically.
- Manually Complete
Provision
The application administrator or an authorized person must manually update the ERP system with approved objects.
Note: Manual completion of Provision is not applicable for Emergency Access requests.
Note: If the Override this Option check box is selected, you can override this option when creating a Provision. - Automatically Complete

- Self Approval Condition

Use one of these options to self-approve provisions:
- Manual
For the approver to manually approve the provision.
- Automatic
For the provision to be automatically approved by the approver. This option can be selected only if the Provisioner is also the approver for the provision.
- Do not allow Self-approval
Self-approval is restricted.
Possible scenarios:
- When the provisioner and the approver are same.
- When the assignee (the user to whom roles are assigned in the Role Assignment Provision) and the approver are same.
To avoid these scenarios, you can:
- Assign the provision to the Administrator or cancel the provision.
- Cancel the provision
Note: If the Override this Option check box is selected, you can override this option when creating an APT.

- Analysis Options
- Configure the options for an analysis.
- Analyze Provision on creation
- Select this check box, to ensure that every new provision is analyzed as soon as it is created.
Note: If the Override this Option check box is selected, you can override this option when creating an APT.

Email Notification Settings
Configure the email notification settings.
Select whether the Provisioner, the Assignee, or the Approver must be notified when the status of a provision changes.
You can also select other Infor GRC users to send notifications.
Note: If the Override this option check box is selected, you can modify the email notification settings.- Display Comments in Email Notifications
- Select this check box for the comments to be a part of the email notifications.

- Select this check box to enable the users to control the email settings for the Provisions, in the Approval Process templates.
