Notifications
These settings control the email notifications sent out at different stages of a Review Process.
- Process Start
Define whether the Process Owner or the Process Reviewer or both must receive an email notification when a Process starts. The Process Reviewer is also notified for the new or unviewed Reviews.
- Process Overdue
Define whether the Process Reviewer must receive an email notification prior 24 hours from when the reviews are overdue. You can also select the frequency at which the application must send the email notification.
- Process Review Escalation
Define whether the Escalation Reviewer must receive an email when a Review is escalated.
Note: If the Override this Option check box is selected, you can override these options, when
creating an APT.
