History
Use this tab to review all the completed processes assigned to the signed-in user. Process are displayed on the History tab only after all the reviews in a process occurrence are committed by all the assigned reviewer.
- Process Name
- The name of the process.
- Insight
- The name of the Insight for which the process is created.
- Certification Type
- The type of the certification process. Possible values:
- Role/User Review
- User/Role Review
- Status
- The current status of the process. Possible values:
- Completed: All the reviews in a process occurrence are committed by all the assigned reviewer.
- Terminated: The process is terminated.
- Awaiting completion: The process is yet to undergo the deprovisioning actions set on the Review Process template.
- Start Date
- The start date and time when the process was initiated.
- Closed Date
- The date and time when the process was signed off, completed, or terminated.
- Data Source Name
- The name of the data source associated with the process.
- Action
- You can delete a process by using the
option.
