Mapping users to managers

Administrators can use this functionality to map users to managers. Users are mapped to managers to facilitate the approval process. By default, the manager information is received from the IFS.

To map users to managers:

  1. Select Monitor > Data on the navigation bar.
  2. Click the User Approval Manager Mapping option. The User Approval Manager Mapping screen is displayed.
  3. Select the User Approval Manager mapping .csv file to import the users and their managers.
    Note: The .csv file must have the details of the users and their managers in this format:

    Managers must be valid Infor GRC users with email IDs. You can also include the alternate manager in the csv file.

    The updated manager information can be reviewed when reviewing the details of a user.

  4. Click Import.
