Rule Books list

Use the Rule Books page to review the list of the existing rule books.

To access this page, select Design > Business Controls > Rule Books on the navigation bar.

You can review this information:

Rule Book Name

The name of the rule book.

Insight

The name of the Insight for which the rule book is created. Possible values:

• Authorizations Insight for Infor
• Process Insight for Infor
• Watchlist Insight

Status

The status of the rule book. Possible values:

• Enabled: The rule book is enabled and can be used for the analysis of the rule.
• Disabled: The rule book is disabled.

Locked

The locked status of the rule books. Possible values:

• Yes: The rule book is locked. The locked rule books cannot be modified or enabled/disabled.
• No: The rule book is not locked.

Rules

The number of enabled rules and the total number of rules in the rule book.

Creation Date

The date on which the rule book is created.

You can select the Equals option and the corresponding date to review the list of rule books created on the selected date.

Last Update

The date on which the rule book is last updated. The name of the user who updates the rule book is also displayed.

Expiry Date

The date on which the rule book expires.

Note: To review the list of expired rule books, select the Less Than or Equals option and the current date.

You can also use this page to:

• Create a new rule book.
• Delete a rule book.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one Rule book to delete.
• Modify rule book details and add rules, using the option.
• Duplicate a rule book
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one Rule book to duplicate.
• Enable a rule book, using the option.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one Rule book to enable.
• Disable a rule book, using the option.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one Rule book to disable.
• Lock a rule book
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one Rule book to lock.
• Unlock a rule book
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one Rule book to unlock.
• Export a rule book
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one Rule book to export.
• Import a rule book
• Exclude rule books in provision
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one Rule book to exclude.
• Export the displayed data to Excel.
