Functional Area list

Use the Functional Areas page to review the list of existing functional areas.

To access this page, select Design > Approval Process > Functional Area on the navigation bar.

You can review this information:

Functional Area name

The name of the functional area.

Description

The description for the functional area.

Insight

The name of the Insight for which the functional area is created.

Status

The status of the functional area. Possible values:

• Enabled
• Disabled

You can also use this page to:

• Create a functional area.
• Delete functional areas.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one functional area to delete.
• Modify a functional area, using the option.
• Enable functional area, using the option.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one functional area to enable.
• Disable functional area, using the option.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one functional area to disable.
• Import functional areas, using the option.
• Export functional areas, using the option.
  Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one functional area to export.
