General information
Use this section to create or review the basic information for the process.
- Process Name
- The name of the process.
- Description
- The description for the process.
- Insight
- The Insight for which the process is created.
- Certification Type
- The type of the certification process.
Possible values:
- User/Role Review
- Role/User Review
- Enable Closure Within a Specific Period
- Select this check box to specify the number of days (greater than 15 and less than
365), from the process execution date, after which all the open reviews must be
completed based on the option selected. Possible values:
- Approve and Commit All Pending
Reviews Note: This option is selected by default.
- Deny and Commit All Pending Reviews
- Re-assign Reviews You can select users to reassign the reviews.
Note: When editing an existing Certification Process with the Enable Closing Period option selected, you can edit only the specified number of days and the option to mark a review as completed. The modified value is applicable for the next occurrence of the review. - Approve and Commit All Pending
Reviews
- Data Source
- The data source associated with the selected Insight.
- Process Owner
- The owner of the certification process. The user creating the process is assigned the process owner role, by default. However, users assigned the IGRC-Certification Process Owner role can also be assigned as process owners.
- Sign-off Owner
- The user assigned the IGRC-Certification Auditor role. Process Auditors can be assigned the role of the sign off owner.
