Copying a rule

Rules can be copied from one rule book to another. You can copy a rule to a single rule book or multiple rule books. This is required to implement the same rules across multiple rule books. A rule can also be copied to its source rule book.

To copy a rule to a rule book:

  1. Select Design > Business Controls > Rule Books on the navigation bar.
  2. Click corresponding to a rule book to display the details page.
  3. Select the check box corresponding to the rule that you want to copy.
  4. Click  . The Select Target Rule Books screen displays all the Rule books for the same ERP application.
  5. Select the rule book to which you want to copy the rule.
  6. Click Copy.
