Specify this information:

Insight

The name of the Insight for which the provision is created.

Data Source

The data source linked to the selected Insight.

First Name

The first name of the new user.

Last Name

The last name of the new user.

User Name

The name of the new user.

Email ID

The email ID of the new user.

LN User

The user attribute value specific to the LN application.

M3 User Alias

The user attribute value specific to the M3 application.

Actor Id

The user attribute value specific to the Landmark application.

After successful writeback of the Provision, this value is reflected in the Landmark Actor ID field of users on the User Management screen in Infor Ming.le^TM and in the Landmark applications subscribed to BODs.

Note: The maximum length of characters for the value specified must be 30.

Manager

The manager of the user.

Note: This field is enabled based on the setting specified in the Redirect Provision section Configuration > Access Management Insights > Approval Options > Allow user to redirect provision .

Comment

Additional information related to the new user.

Email Setting

The users who must be notified when the status of the provision changes.

Note: You can modify the email notification settings, only if the Override this option check box is selected on the Settings > Configurations > Access Management Insight > Provision Options section.

Click Add User. The user details are listed at the bottom of the page. On this page you can:

• Edit the details of the new user, using the option.
• Delete the new user.
