GDPR Stop Object Monitoring

The Stop Object Monitoring task excludes a user from the Infor GRC application. The excluded users can be reviewed on the GDPR excluded users tab.

To exclude users:

  1. Select Manage > Personal Data Protection on the navigation bar and click .
  2. Specify this information:
    Task Name
    The name for the task.
    Type
    The type of the task.

    Select GDPR Stop Object Monitoring.

    Object ID
    The user to be excluded.
    Note: You must specify a valid user ID.
  3. Select an option to schedule the stop object monitoring task:
    • Run Now: The task is executed immediately.
    • Run Later: The task is executed on a later date. When you select this option, these fields are displayed:
    Start Date
    The date on which the task is scheduled to be initiated.
    Start Time (h:mm a)
    The time when the task is scheduled to be initiated.
  4. Click Save to exclude the user from the Infor GRC application. The priority of the Stop Object Monitoring task is set to Critical and the task cannot run with other tasks in concurrence.
