Scope

Use this section to specify the data source and to set the filters to schedule the analysis.

Specify this information:

Data Source Scope
The Data source to schedule the analysis. Possible values:
  • Analyze Data source selected in Schedules

    The Data source must be selected manually, for the schedule.

    Note: If you select this option, you must select a data source in the Data Source field. You can select multiple Data Sources.
  • Analyze Data source selected in Rule Books

    The data sources linked to the rule books are used.

    Note: This field displays only those rules books that are linked to the data source.
Analysis Scope
The rule books to be used in the analysis schedule. Select rule books.
Note: You must select rule books that have the rules with the final status.
Scope Filters
The filters to schedule the analysis.
  • Run Full Analysis: The entire extracted data is analyzed.
    Note: This option is used when the rules are modified.
  • No Scope Filters: The analysis is scheduled without setting the filters.
  • Insight Scope Filters: The Insight for which Analysis can be scheduled. Possible values:
    • Authorizations Insight

      When you select this Insight, these fields are displayed:

      Exclusions
      Select an option to include or ignore the objects excluded in a rule. Possible values:
      • Analyze all data.
      • Do not analyze excluded data.
      Analysis Filters
      The analysis is scheduled based on the objects. Possible values:
      • Users: Data specific to users, are analyzed.
      • Roles: Data specific to roles, are analyzed.
      • All: The entire extracted data is analyzed.
      Analyze Users by Status
      The analysis is scheduled based on the current status of the users. Possible values:
      • Disabled
      • Enabled
      • Inactive
      • INACTIVE
      • Removed
      • TERM
    • Process Insight for Infor

      When you select this Insight, this field is displayed.

      Data Filters
      Use these filters to analyze data:
      • Analyze all data Select this option to analyze all existing data.
      • Analyze Specific Period Data Select this option to analyze data for a specific period. Specify the start date and the end date to define the period for which you want to analyze data.
