Provision details

Use this section to review the general details of the provision.

Provision for User

The name of the provision.

Provision ID

The identification of the provision.

Data Source Name

The name of the data source to which the application instance is associated.

Application Instance

The application instance to stream live data for the provision. All the application instances in the selected Master Application Instance is displayed.

Note: This field does not display any information for the Revoke Access Provisions.

Provision Type

The type of provision created.

Submitted By

The user name who submitted the provision.

Creation Date

The date when the provision is created.

Provision Input Parameters

Information related to the provision.

• User Details

  Use this tab to review these details:

  User ID

  The identification number of the user.

  First Name

  The first name of the user.

  Last Name

  The last name of the user.

  Actor Id

  The user attribute value specific to the Landmark application.

• New Assigned Roles

  Use this tab to review the new roles assigned to the user.

  Note: In case of Role Assignment Management Provision, the Already Assigned Roles tab displays the roles that are already assigned to the user.
• Assigned Job Positions

  Use this tab to review the Job Positions and the associated roles assigned to the user.

Note: You can use the option to manually retry the Writeback.

The application automatically retries the Writeback for a pre-configured number of attempts. The automatic writeback process occurs after a specified time interval from the failed attempt. Writeback can be triggered manually when the number of pre-configured attempts exhaust.
