Compensating Controls list
Use the Compensating Controls page to review the list of all the existing compensating controls available in the application.
To access this page, select
on the navigation bar.You can review this information:
- Compensating Control Name
- The name of the compensating control.
- Control Text
- The description of the compensating control.
- Status
- The status of the compensating control.
Possible values:
- Enabled
- Disabled
- Usage Status
- The status of the compensating control usage. Possible values:
- In Use
- Not In Use
- Valid From
- The date from which the compensating control is valid. You can select the Equals option and the corresponding date to review the list of compensating controls valid from the selected date.
- Valid Through
- The date up to which the compensating control is valid. Note: To review the list of expired compensating controls, select the Less Than or Equals option and the current date.
When the validity period of a compensating controls associated with a rule expires, the system automatically sends a notification to the creator of that compensating control.
- Rules and Exclusions
- The rules and excluded objects that are associated with the compensating control. Click View Details to review the details of the rules assigned to the compensating controls. You can also view the exclusions defined in the rule.
You can also use this page to:
- Create new compensating controls.
- Delete a compensating control. Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one compensating control to delete.
- Modify compensating controls, using the option.
- Enable compensating controls, using the option. Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one compensating control to enable.
- Disable compensating controls, using the
option. Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one compensating control to disable.
- Export a compensating control, using the
option. Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one compensating control to export.
- Import a compensating control, using the
option. Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one compensating control to import.
- Export the displayed data to Excel, using the option.
