Notification Template Setting

Use the Notification Template Setting tab to modify and map customized notification templates. The standard notification templates are modified and maintained in Infor Document Management (IDM) and mapped in GRC for the required notification events. The GRC application uses the standard templates, by default.
  1. Select Settings > Configurations on the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Notification Template Setting tab.
    You can use this tab to:
    • Modify standard notification templates in IDM
    • Map the new customized notification template to a specific GRC event, using the addoption.
    • Validate a template mapping
    • Edit an existing notification template mapping, using the edit option.
