Validating a custom notification template mapping

Use the Validate Template Mapping option to validate the availability of custom notification templates in IDM. The status of the validated templates is displayed as 'Available' on the Notification Template Setting tab.

If templates that are not available in IDM because of deletion or name change, the 'Not Available' status is displayed on the Notification Template Setting tab. Custom notifications are not sent for the specified events. The GRC Administrator must remap the custom notification template or delete the template from the Notification Template Setting tab, for the application to consider the default standard template.
