Filter data

Set filters to review the assignments of Users with Roles in the certification process. Objects can be filtered based on the selected data source and the certification type.

To filter objects:

  1. Enable the Filter data option.
  2. Click the data source name tab to display the user and role to review.
    • For User/Role Review: Users and the roles assigned to the users, are reviewed. User is the primary object and roles are the secondary objects.
    • For Role/User Review: Roles and all the users assigned to the roles, are reviewed. Role is the primary object and user is the secondary object.
  3. Filter the objects to review. Possible options:
    • Manual: Select the user and the role to be reviewed.
    • Advanced Filters: Specify the filter options to set a filter for the user and the role. Click Add to add the selected objects. Click Preview to review the list of users and roles based on the filters set.
