Notifications

These settings control the email notifications sent out at different stages of a review process.

  • Process Start

    Define whether the process owner or the process reviewer or both must receive an email notification when a process starts. The process reviewer is also notified for the new or un-viewed reviews.

  • Process Overdue

    Define whether the process reviewer must receive an email when a process is overdue or for the new or un-viewed reviews. You can also configure the application to continue sending daily email notifications to the process reviewers for the new and un-viewed reviews until the review is committed.

  • Process Review Escalation

    Define whether the escalation reviewer must receive an email when a review is escalated.

Note: If the Override this Option check box is selected, you can override these options, when creating an APT.
