Provisions

You can use this functionality to create or modify a provision. A provision is a request initiated by an authorized Infor GRC user. A provision can be requested to:

• Create a user in an ERP application
• Modify the access rights provided to a user in an ERP application
• Modify the roles assigned to the user in an ERP application
• Lock or unlock a user's account in an ERP application
• Assign roles for a specified time period
• Request roles to access the GRC application for tracking the progress of a provision.

A provision is analyzed and processed by a defined workflow called the approval process. Approval process ensures that a provision is verified and approved by a defined set of authorized users before any change is implemented in the ERP application.
