Violation Remediation Details

The Violation Remediation Details report displays the information of the action performed for remediating violations.

To set the filters:

  1. Select Monitor > Reports on the navigation bar and click .
  2. Click to select the Violation Remediation Details in the Reports field.
  3. Click the Report Filters section.
  4. Specify the information that must be included in the report:
    Insight

    The name of the Insight for which the information is displayed in the report.

    Latest Analysis
    Select the check box to display the violation details generated by the latest rule analysis selected in the Analysis field. If the selected Analysis has recurrences, the latest occurrence of the analysis is considered.
    Analysis
    The analysis for which the information is displayed in the report.
    Data Source
    The data sources linked to the selected Insight. Information of all the violations associated with the selected data source is displayed in the report.
    Note: If multiple Data Sources were selected while scheduling an analysis, this field will display all the selected Data Sources.
    Application Instance
    The application instance linked to the Data Source.
    Users
    The users who have generated violations.
    Closed From Date
    The date from which the violations are remediated. The information related to all the violations remediated from this date, is displayed in the report.
    Closed To Date
    The date up to which the violations are remediated. The information related to all the violations remediated up to this date, is displayed in the report.
    Rule Books
    The rule books used for the selected analysis.
    Rules
    The rules in the selected rule books.
    Violating Objects
    The objects that have generated violations during an analysis. Possible values:
    • Users
    • Roles
    Closure Type
    The action performed to remediate the violations. Possible values:
    • Exclude Role
    • Exclude User
    • Confirm Corrective Changes Manually
