Infor GRC Roles list

Use the Infor GRC page to review the list of the existing standard roles and the custom roles.

To access this page, select Manage > Infor GRC Roles on the navigation bar.

You can review this information:

Role Name
The name of the role.
Description
The description for the role.
Created By
The user who created the role.
Note:  This information is not displayed for the standard roles available in the Infor GRC application.
Creation Date
The date on which the role is created.
Note:  This field displays the Infor GRC installation date for the standard roles.
Role Type
The type of the role.

Possible values:

  • Standard Roles: The predefined roles available in the Infor GRC application.
  • Custom Roles: The roles that are customized based on the user requirement.

You can also use this page to:

  • Add new custom role.
    Note: Custom roles must be manually added in the Admin Setting page of IFS for successful login.
  • Delete custom roles.
    Note: This option is enabled only when you select at least one role to delete.
  • Modify a custom role, using the option.
  • Review the standard roles and the assigned permissions, using the option.
