Documents that are not stored in IDM Private Space

This list shows document types and data fields that are excluded from storage in IDM Private Space due to format restrictions or temporary usage:
  • Fields for storing images, like employee pictures, logos, and videos
  • Temporary data, like business classes for data load/import or export
  • Templates
  • Documents with file formats or mime types such as .html files that are not allowed by IDM
