Document Sources page

To access the Document Sources page, select Quick Links > Document Sources.

Document sources represent business classes with attachment fields integrated with IDM Private Space. The Document Sources page shows document types stored in the HR Talent system and sent to IDM.

The Document Sources page provides this information about each document:

• Category: Groups document sources to simplify searches. This column includes both system-delivered and user-defined categories.
• Module: Shows the HR Talent module where the document source is maintained. You cannot edit the name of the modules.

• Show Preview: Shows a preview image of the first page when enabled and the document is stored in IDM.
• Document Count: Shows how many documents from the source were sent to IDM and are searchable.
• Error Count: Indicates the number of unprocessed errors for each document source.
